The Early Years

In this gallery you will see photos from the very first Youth Art Peace Poles ever created. The schools involved were Croton-Harmon High School, George F. Baker Middle School, Wappingers Junior High School, Buckely Middle School, Dutchess Day School Summer Camp, North East Community Center, Black Rock Elementary School, Traver Road Primary School, Spackenkill High School, Kinry Road Elementary School, Webutuck Middle School, Titusville Intermediate School, Union Valle Middle School and Arlington High School. These schools are all located within 50 miles of The World Peace Sanctuary in Wassaic, NY, the home of the Youth Art Peace Pole Project.
